Udon noodles

toasted sesame seeds

peanuts, chopped finely

scallions

Method of prep:

Prepare the Udon noodles as per the package, rinsing the noodles in cold water at the end. Enough to serve 4.

Toss in our Bangkok Peanut Sauce.

Sprinkle liberally with toasted sesame seeds, chopped peanuts, and scallions. It’s all up to your taste buds as to how many sesame seeds, peanuts or scallions you’d like.

If the peanut sauce is hot, serve hot. This dish also tastes superb cold!
