We’re sure you’ve noticed that we do a lot of recipes using Tofutti products. We’ve had the opportunity to create some tasty recipes for them using their fantastic products. Here is a recipe that uses their sour cream and their cream cheese. This dip is great for parties, gatherings or even just a party of one. Enjoy this crowd pleaser in a bread bowl or without either way it’s delicious!
8 oz. Tofutti cream cheese
3/4 cup Tofutti sour cream
1/2 cup red peppers, diced small
1/4 cup water chestnuts, diced small
10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dill
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. chives
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Method of Prep:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese until well blended.
Add in all the spices, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, salt and black pepper. Stir until combined.
Lastly, fold in the diced red peppers, diced water chestnuts, and the drained spinach.
Store in the fridge until ready to use. Serve with bread or inside a bread bowl.
