Vegan Blue Chz Dressing

Being vegan doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice anything that you used to enjoy! Most dishes can be made vegan with a little creativity. Take this Blue Chz Dressing for instance, here you get all the flavor and texture without sacrificing a thing! This dressing works great with a salad, dipping your favorite veggies and with our amazing Vegan Sriracha Hot Wings.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Ingredients:

1 cup vegan mayo

1/4 block of extra firm tofu

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. tahini

1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Juice of 1/2 a lemon (We used a Meyer Lemon)

dash of salt

Method of Prep:

In a bowl, combine the vegan mayo, garlic powder, tahini, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.

Crumble the tofu into small pieces on top of the mixture in the bowl. Add the dash of salt, and combine.

Chill in the fridge. Serve cold.

    Whaaaaat. Blue cheese dressing is probably one thing I miss the most. CANNOT WAIT TO TRY THIS.
