This is such an amazing dressing. It’s creamy, spicy and extremely delicious! This Vietnamese influenced dressing will enhance your salad, add a zesty kick to your veggie burger/sandwich and makes a yummy dipping sauce for your vegetables.
1/4 tsp ginger, freshly grated
2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp agave nectar
salt/pepper to taste
Method of Prep:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. Scrape down the sides once, and blend until smooth.
Chill dressing in the fridge. Use within 1-2 days.
Toss with mixed greens, tomatoes and thin sliced onions.
Use as a spread for a sandwich.
Use as a dipping sauce for veggies.
